Shipping within Australia

I currently deliver within Australia only. Standard tracked shipping and packaging are included in the price of every order.

Orders are sent with Australia Post. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details when your parcel is on its way.

Your ashes collection pack

For glass jewellery and Ashes in Bloom arrangements made with ashes, your order includes an ashes collection pack.

Once payment has been received, I’ll post your pack with a small container for the ashes, clear instructions and prepaid, addressed return packaging. Please send only the small amount requested in the instructions.

Your making timeframe begins once your ashes have arrived at my studio. The estimated timeframe is shown below.  I’ll let you know if anything changes.

Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and sent back to you with any unused ashes.

Fill-at-home jewellery and urns

These products are sent directly to you, with standard tracked shipping and packaging included. No ashes collection pack is needed.

Fill-at-home jewellery includes a small funnel, pin and instructions so you can fill your piece at home. Dispatch estimates are shown below.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. This speeds up postage, but doesn’t shorten the time needed to make your piece. I don’t offer priority production.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@remembranceglass.com.auas soon as possible so I can try to update it before dispatch.

If a parcel needs to be sent again because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, an additional postage charge may apply. I’ll discuss this with you before resending it.

Australia Post delivery times are estimates. Please allow for postal delays, particularly during busy periods.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

I know these parcels can hold something irreplaceable. If your ashes collection pack, returning ashes or finished order appears delayed or missing, please contact me at hello@remembranceglass.com.au. I’ll follow it up with Australia Post and keep you informed.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email me clear photos of the item and packaging so I can help put things right. Please also refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to your purchase.

Processing And Shipping Time Estimates
In stock items are processed within 3-5 business days. Made to order item processing times vary but I endeavour to ship within 10 business days of an order being made or ashes being received depending on the product required. I ship from my studio in Perth, West Australia so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. At busy times, processing and shipping times will increase so please be aware of this and allow plenty of time for your order to reach you. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard tracked shipping is free within Australia. Express shipping can be purchased at checkout if required.

In-store Pickup
You can skip shipping with free local drop off and pickup at my studio in Whiteman Park, Perth. Place your order and once it is completed, I will contact you with instructions for collection. If you wish to deliver ashes to the studio for your order, please contact me at hello@remembranceglass.com.au to arrange a drop off time.
Our in-store hours are by prior arrangement. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Visit The Studio
It is possible to visit me at my studio to order in person. Please contact me to arrange an appointment by sending a message via my Contact Page.

International Shipping
I do not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello@remembranceglass.com.au  with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
I do not ship to PO Boxes.
